30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include its original packaging, labels, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or valid order confirmation

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or returned outside the eligible period may be declined.

Requesting a Return

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

Once the return is approved, we will provide:

  • The correct return address

  • Packing and shipping instructions

  • A return label when applicable

Returns mailed without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

Contact us promptly if your order:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Contains a defective item

  • Is missing a product

  • Includes the wrong item

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or opened products that cannot be resold

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Certain promotional products

Exceptions may apply when required by law or when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

For the quickest replacement:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Wait for return approval.

  3. Place a new order for the preferred product.

European Union Orders

Customers receiving orders in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, where applicable.

Returned products should remain unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Any return shipping fees or label deductions will be explained before the return is approved.
