When will my order be processed?

Most paid orders are prepared within approximately 2–4 business days.

During holidays, major promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may take up to approximately 5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

For supported standard-shipping destinations, transit is generally estimated at approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time may vary by destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

How much does shipping cost?

Where shipping charges apply, available methods and costs will normally be displayed during checkout before you complete your payment.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, shipment information is normally sent to the email address associated with the order.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the carrier system to display the first tracking update.

My tracking has stopped updating. What should I do?

Email service@voramiqu.com with your order number. We will review the available shipment information.

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel.

Please first check your mailbox, entrance, reception area, household members, neighbors, or other safe delivery locations.

If the parcel remains missing, contact us so we can review the available delivery information.

What is your return period?

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

How do I request a return?

Please provide your order number, the item involved, your reason for return, and supporting photos where appropriate.

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins. Once processing or shipment has progressed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
