Return Condition

For a standard return, the product should generally:

Starting a Return

  • Product being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos if relevant

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the item.

Return Destination

Do not automatically send returned merchandise to our registered business address.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer care team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return facility information.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns based solely on personal preference, change of mind, or similar customer reasons, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

If we confirm that the issue resulted from an incorrect, defective, damaged, incomplete, or materially misdescribed product, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs caused by that confirmed error.

Inspection

Returned products may be inspected after arrival to confirm return eligibility and condition.

Refund Timing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
