Purchase Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed with Voramiqu™.

Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information entered during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may review, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Inventory shortage
  • Obvious pricing error
  • Technical malfunction
  • Legal restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete order information

Product Presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions and images accurately.

Minor differences in color, appearance, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur due to lighting, displays, photography, manufacturing variation, or other reasonable factors.

Pricing

Applicable product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes where relevant, and the final payable amount are displayed during checkout.

Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected when discovered.

Payment

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and any applicable security checks.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within approximately 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

High-volume periods may require up to approximately 5 business days.

Delivery

Estimated standard transit to supported destinations is generally approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Returns

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and reviewed.

Processing generally takes approximately 5–10 business days, although financial institutions may require additional time.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly.

A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Product Problems

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item, contact us with the relevant order details and supporting evidence where appropriate.

Promotions

Promotions may have their own availability period, eligibility conditions, quantity limitations, exclusions, or other conditions displayed together with the offer.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
